What it was like: It was a great time being on the float for the 150th celebration with Ruby, Aidriahna and Alessandra we had to wait a while to get on because they were setting it up a telling people where to go.

When we were moving: When we started to move it was scary because there were no sides and no roof so when we went around a corner  Mrs Moake and Macy were holding on to us well everyone else sat down doing tricks with netballs, bats and lots more, when it was the end are legs were so tired cause we were standing all day for about one hour.

Where it was: It was around Preston Downs and ended at the school for about one hour or less.

Who was on the float: There was some Kapa Haka people who were in their costumes on one side with two seniors who were in the corner holding posters, on the other side there was two netball girls holding balls and people representing the school in their uniform with bats and sport supplies, in that corner there were posters what were of students working and a poster what said West Melton School, in the middle there was the wearable arts girls standing there with make up on, not on the float there was some girls on one side with a teacher giving out lollies and going on stilts and playing with a hula hoop on the other side there was two boys and a teacher handing out some more lollies and playing on a mini bike all of the girls and boys where in the olden days costumes to represent 150 years ago.
